Sector 04: General Building

Built to Last.

Our founding discipline is general building construction, delivered to the standard that defines us from substructure and stone through to the final finish. Our latest landmark is a mosque and charity complex in New Cairo.

The legacy business

The Standard that Built the Firm

General building is where Al Majd · Warner Lewis began. The same procurement-grade discipline that runs our fuel infrastructure runs our buildings: structure that holds, stone that lasts, and a finish that reads as care in every detail.

  • 01Landmark and community buildings, including mosques, halls and institutions
  • 02Reinforced-concrete substructure and frame
  • 03Natural stone cladding and traditional detailing
  • 04Architectural finishes, joinery and fit-out
  • 05MEP coordination with our in-house MEP sector
  • 06Hardscape, landscaping and feature lighting

The design

Designed, Then Delivered

The design brought together the mosque, association building and Qur'an school for New Cairo's 5th Settlement. The photography above shows the same buildings as constructed. Architectural design renders by Reenok Studio.
